Acceptable Use Policy

Keep Kelvyr a useful, safe, and lawful place.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Kelvyr. It complements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Kelvyr to generate, store, schedule, or publish content that:

  • Is illegal under any applicable law.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM).
  • Promotes terrorism, organized violence, or self-harm.
  • Incites hatred or violence against a protected group.
  • Infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Impersonates another individual, business, or public figure.
  • Is deceptive, misleading, or designed to defraud (including financial scams).
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise other users.
  • Reveals confidential or private information of others without consent.
  • Generates sexually explicit imagery, deepfakes of real people, or non-consensual depictions.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Bypass rate limits, credit checks, or other technical controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or model weights.
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models without written permission.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts, businesses, or content.
  • Resell access to your account or share credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Compliance with Connected Platforms

When publishing to Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube via Kelvyr, you must comply with the terms and content policies of each destination platform. Kelvyr is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by these platforms against your accounts.

4. Spam & Automation

Do not use Kelvyr to send unsolicited promotional messages, mass-tag users, post identical content across many accounts, or evade anti-spam systems of social networks.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion: issue a warning, throttle your account, remove offending content, freeze credits, suspend or terminate your account, and report illegal activity to authorities. We try to give notice and a chance to remediate where appropriate, but we may act immediately for serious or ongoing violations.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, email abuse@kelvyr.com with a description and any relevant links or screenshots.
