Cookie Policy

What cookies we use and how to control them.

Last updated: May 11, 2026

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and keep you signed in. This policy explains how Kelvyr uses cookies and similar technologies (like localStorage).

1. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the Service to work. These cannot be turned off.

  • Auth session โ€” keeps you signed in (Supabase Auth).
  • NEXT_LOCALE โ€” remembers your language preference (EN / TR).
  • CSRF / security โ€” protects against cross-site request forgery.

2. Functional Cookies

Used to remember UI choices such as sidebar collapse state, recent businesses, or the last visited dashboard tab. Disabling them does not break the Service but resets these preferences each session.

3. Analytics Cookies

We use minimal first-party analytics to understand which features users rely on. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Our payment provider Creem may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and session management. Connected social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) may set cookies during their OAuth flow when you connect an account.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can clear and block cookies via your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from staying signed in. You can also delete the NEXT_LOCALE cookie to reset your language preference.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our product or third-party providers change. Material updates will be announced via email or within the Service.
