Refund Policy

Plain English: when refunds apply, and how to ask for one.

We want you to be confident trying Kelvyr. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Payments are processed by our provider Creem; refunds, where granted, are issued back to the original payment method through Creem.

1. Subscription Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale)

You may request a full refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you have not used more than 10% of the subscription credits included in that billing period. Refunds requested after 14 days, or after substantial use of credits, are at our discretion and generally declined.

Renewals (the second and subsequent billing periods) are not refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel from your dashboard before the renewal date. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

2. Credit Top-Ups (Additional Credits)

Credits purchased on top of a subscription are non-refundable once consumed. Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, pro-rated by the number of credits remaining at the time of the refund request. Free, promotional, or bonus credits cannot be refunded.

3. Failed or Unusable Service

If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, or if a paid feature does not function as described, contact us within 30 days. We may issue a refund, credit, or service-time extension at our discretion.

4. EU / UK / Turkey Consumer Rights

If you reside in the EU, UK, or Turkey, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase (e.g., consuming credits), you expressly consent to commencement of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost to the extent the service has been performed.

5. Not Eligible for Refund

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Credits already consumed by AI generation, scheduling, or posting.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality after substantial use.
  • Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@kelvyr.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Date of the charge.
  • Order or invoice ID (visible in your billing dashboard or Creem receipt email).
  • Reason for the request.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer — almost all disputes are resolved faster by email. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
